As dental hygienists, we primarily focus on preventive oral health, including professional teeth cleaning/stain removal, periodontal treatment and maintenance. Examining patients for signs of oral diseases which includes a standard oral cancer screening as standard with every appointment. We also educate patients on ways to improve and maintain good oral health.

Our Services:

Routine Hygiene Appointment: Gentle cleaning to remove tartar and mild stains, using an ultrasonic scaler and polishing brush. Ideal for regular visitors with mild to moderate tartar.

Full Mouth Detox: Extensive cleaning for tenacious tartar and heavy staining, using jet airflow technology and finishing with fluoride varnish. Recommended for those with moderate to severe tartar build-up. Typically requires two sessions.

Non-Surgical Periodontal Therapy: Treatment for gum disease, including deep cleaning under the gums with local anaesthesia to stabilise gums and prevent further damage. Requires maintenance through routine hygiene appointments.

Paediatric Hygiene: For children under 14, this includes teaching oral hygiene, diet advice, and a gentle scale and polish, highlighted by a purple dye to show plaque.

Orthodontic Hygiene Appointment: Specialised cleaning for those with braces, including tartar removal and tailored oral health home care plans.

Fluoride Treatment: Applied typically alongside other treatments to protect against cavities and sensitivity.

What We Don’t Do:

• We do not perform restorative dental procedures like fillings, crowns, bridges, or dental implants.
